Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the event date are eligible for a full refund, excluding the non-refundable fee. Cancellations between 60 and 30 days prior to the event date will incur a 50% charge, and cancellations within 30 days will be charged 100% of the total booking amount. Please note that any “last-minute bookings” made within 30 days of the event date are not eligible for a refund, and clients will be charged the full booking amount.
